Assistant IT Officer

Raymond Tong joined the United Board’s Hong Kong office in May 2022. He is mainly responsible for providing administrative support to the various aspects of program work, as well as providing general IT support. He came to the organization with experience in program management, customer service, and IT troubleshooting. He received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Sunderland.
