Advanced Leadership Seminar for Southeast Asia: Leading the Whole Person Way

The United Board will convene a multi-day program to help new rectors/presidents, vice-rectors/vice-presidents, representatives of foundations or boards of higher education institutions enhance their leadership skills. Participants will share their perspectives on issues, challenges, and opportunities of higher education related to ASEAN regional integration; discuss the ways in which whole person education can enrich the leadership of higher education institutions; and strengthen skills in human resource management, financial management, resource development, spiritual nurturance, and governance in higher education.
