2018-2019 Fellows on the SMU campus.
The United Board is pleased to announce that Singapore Management University (SMU) will serve as the host for the two-week Summer Institute of the United Board Fellows Program, beginning with the 2021-2022 cohort of Fellows. Singapore Management University is a premier university in Asia recognized internationally for its world-class research and distinguished teaching. Through this three-year collaboration, SMU will expose Fellows to developments in Asian higher education and enable them to explore leadership practices embedded in the Asian context. Fellows also will benefit from SMU’s experience in developing creative and entrepreneurial leadership and from its interactive, collaborative, and project-based approach to learning.
Since its inception in 2002, the United Board Fellows Program has engaged more than 250 mid-level Asian faculty and administrators in leadership development, helping to set the foundation for strong colleges and universities committed to outstanding quality in teaching and learning. We are currently accepting nominations from our network institutions until November 15, 2020.
