Ying Wang is professor of higher education administration at Fudan University, where she formerly served for 14 years as vice provost for undergraduate education. In these positions, she has led the effort to oversee undergraduate programs, coordinate instructional affairs, and promote academic success for all undergraduate students. Along with enhancing the core curriculum and growing opportunities for undergraduate research and international experiences, Prof. Wang has been at the forefront of advancing institute-wide initiatives in teaching and learning, and encouraging pedagogical innovation projects that improve classroom experiences for students. She received the Fudan Teaching Excellence Award in 2007 and Shanghai Educational Achievement Award in 2005, 2013, and 2017. She currently serves as chair of the International Cultural Exchange School at the university. She is a U21 Educational Innovation Steering Group member, secretary-general of the Steering Committee of Shanghai College English Teaching, and deputy secretary-general of the Professional Committee of Shanghai Education Evaluation Association. Her three degrees (BA, MA, and PhD), are all from Fudan University.
