Dr. Ha Nguyen Duy Mong obtained her BA in English Linguistics and Literature from the University of HCM City in 1994; her MA in TESOL from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University – HCM City (USSH, VNU-HCM) in 2000; her MSc in Adult and Vocational Education from the Technical University of Dresden, Germany in 2002; and her PhD in Cultural Studies from USSH, VNU-HCM in 2016.

Besides being the Head of the Office of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, she is also a lecturer and a researcher in Educational Management and Leadership, Cultural Studies, and English Linguistics and Literature at USSH, VNU-HCM.

She is currently a country representative from Vietnam to the ASEAN-QA Association and travels widely in Southeast Asia to help with quality assurance of the member universities of the association. She is passionate about whole person education and deeply knowledgeable in higher education issues in Asia and the world.
