Based in Hong Kong, Jane oversees program administration and management and initiates changes in program organization and grant management procedures where needed. She is tasked with maintaining a strong and open working relationship with the Program team members and with other teams to facilitate smooth operation of all United Board programs.

Jane holds an MA in Public Policy and Management from the City University of Hong Kong. Her interests are Public Policy and Public Administration.
