Jane Chan joined the United Board in August 2023 as a Program Associate.  She assists the Vice President for Programs in program management and works closely with the Program Directors and other program team members in Hong Kong, New York, and the Chennai Consultancy Office.  Jane holds an MA in Public Policy and Management from the City University of Hong Kong.  Her interests are Public Policy and Public Administration.
