Director of Administration (Hong Kong)

Louisa So joined the staff of the United Board’s Hong Kong office in 2003. She started out assisting the vice president for programs with organizing administered programs and grants management in Southeast Asia and then served as office manager, overseeing all processes of office management in Hong Kong, including personnel and accounting. In her current role, she assumes responsibility for directing administrative, operational, and human resources functions of the Hong Kong office and supporting organization-wide human resources. She also serves as the board liaison, and manages meetings and study tours of the United Board trustees in Asia. She has a BBA with a concentration in management, an MA in translation from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Professional Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from the School of Professional and Continuing Education, University of Hong Kong.
