Rosemary Cheung joined the United Board in January 2026 as an Administrative Assistant. She provides essential administrative support to the Hong Kong office. 

Rosemary brings over 30 years of experience from Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where she primarily managed accounting tasks and supported staff quarters administration.  

Rosemary holds an Associate Degree in Public Administration and Management from the City University of Hong Kong.
