Tommy Cho is a language expert and communications professional who has extensive experience and a proven track record in developing and executing communications strategies for large public organizations in the higher education sector.

He was the recipient of a United Board scholarship in the late 1970s to attend International Christian University in Tokyo, where he majored in Language.  He later obtained an MA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in Comparative Literature from Northwestern University, both in the U.S.  He was also trained in law and qualified to practice in Hong Kong.

Tommy joined the United Board in April 2022 as Director of Communications to help step up our marketing and communications efforts and develop a comprehensive strategy for branding and engaging with our stakeholders in our next phase of service and leadership.
