Developed through an extensive process of consultation, discernment, and reflection with trustees, staff, institutional partners, and other stakeholders, the plan sets out a clear mission, a compelling vision, and core values of faith, purpose, collaboration, adaptability and innovation, stewardship, and serving those in need. It identifies five strategic goals for the coming five years, including developing transformative leaders, supporting continuous growth for faculty and staff, strengthening the United Board’s network, ensuring operational excellence, and expanding and diversifying the circle of giving.
