This program aims to strengthen counselling and mentoring skills, trauma-informed teaching and student support, and faculty well-being through experiential learning and a full-day drama therapy workshop. It equips faculty to foster student engagement and emotional well-being, build personal resilience, and promote a culture of care, inclusion, and holistic student development in their institutions.
