The United Board will convene a Faculty Training Program for South Asian educators from February 22 to March 1, 2019, at the Asian University for Women in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
With a focus on whole person education, this program aims to build a critical mass of quality educators in higher education in South Asia. The program will highlight learning outcomes, interactive learning, and student assessment with a focus on the effective use of technology in teaching and learning in Indian higher education and its use in the promotion of whole person education.
The program is designed primarily for college faculty from North and North East India, with some participants to be drawn from South India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
The application deadline is February 4.
