The United Board is pleased to announce that the Freeman Foundation has renewed its support for the United Board Fellows Program, an important leadership development program for mid-career faculty and administrators.

“As the United Board celebrates its Centennial, I would like to recognize the enduring friendship of the Freeman family and the Freeman Foundation,” said Nancy E. Chapman, United Board president. “Over the years, their commitment to the Fellows Program has helped many emerging leaders in higher education to further their development and advance whole person education within their home institutions.”

In recognition of the Freeman Foundation’s most recent support, the following four educators are being named 2022-2023 United Board Freeman Fellows:

  • Meldie Apag, Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, Philippines;
  • Yusi ta Kusumarini, Petra Christian University, Indonesia;
  • Jin Ai The, Atma Jaya University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia; and
  • Ka Fu Yung, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong.
