How can whole person educators sustain and nurture themselves in a time of the global pandemic and the military coup? What resources can they draw on to support themselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually?
“Nurturing Ourselves as Whole Person Educators” webishop paid particular attention to the spiritual dimension of the impact of trauma. Drawing on the framework of “moral injury,” this webishop explored how moral distress shows up in their lives, and how they might provide spiritual self-care toward resilience and human flourishing. This webishop introduced spiritual assessment tools as well as practices for spiritual self-care to create a spiritual care plan.
